Delivery Options & Charges

1.1 Landmark Pickup

  • Charge: Rs. 999

  • Description:
    Delivery will be made to a designated landmark pickup point (e.g., Railway Station, Bus Station) within the destination city. The pickup point is allocated based on the billing address provided.

  • Delivery Timeline: 5–7 working days

1.2 Doorstep Delivery

  • Charge: Rs. 2499

  • Description:
    The order will be delivered directly to the customer’s doorstep.

  • Delivery Timeline: 5–7 working days

1.3 Express Delivery

  • Charge: Rs. 3999

  • Description:
    This expedited shipping option is available upon approval by the Nearby Pets India Support Team.

  • Delivery Timeline: 3–4 days (subject to product availability and approval)

 

 

Additional Charges & Services

2.1 Pet Foods and Accessories

  • Note:
    The Company does not offer pet foods or accessories as part of the standard shipment. Should these items be requested, they will incur an additional charge along with applicable GST.

2.2 Exotic Birds Registration

  • Applicable For: Exotic birds buyers

  • Charge: Rs. 3000

  • Description:
    This fee covers the documentation and payables associated with obtaining Parivesh registration.

 

 

Shipping Methodology

Program Utilized: Pets In Basket Program

Transport Modes:
Shipments are coordinated using IRCTC, road transport, and air transport, as applicable.

  • Handling: Deliveries are managed by trained personnel who handle, care for, and accompany the pets during travel.

  • Determination of Transport Mode: The transport method is determined based on the delivery location, availability, and order specifics.
